Who may register

Adults aged 18 and over, or the higher age of their country, where online gambling is allowed, which each player checks personally. One personal account per player; duplicates and shared accounts can be closed.

Verification requests and how to tell they are real

Before payouts, we ask for ID (both sides), proof of address from the last 90 days and proof of your payment method, sometimes source of funds or a liveness check, with 30 days to respond. A genuine request comes from @bets.io and asks you to provide documents, never your password. If in doubt, ask via our contact page. How this guide relates to the platform rules is on our terms page.
